BuildingLink Resident App is a free Android social and communication application created by BuildingLink.com LLC. This app is designed exclusively for residents of BuildingLink-subscribed properties. The app has been recently redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up, and it provides the most essential components of the BuildingLink resident website.
The app allows residents to track their packages, submit repair requests, request entry for visitors, post marketplace ads, send instructions to the front desk, and track their keys. Some features unique to the app include Get Me Home navigator and slim interface. Additionally, the app allows residents to receive push notifications for new deliveries, submit amenity reservations, view their account balance, pay their rent, view upcoming events and building calendar, view building announcements, access vendor service forms, receive offers and discounts in their area, view a list of local businesses, request valet service, and show their Resident ID.
